Content management (CM) software maker Stellent Inc made a small cash acquisition this week to boost its direct presence in the fledgling Mexican market.
Stellent has acquired Content Management de Mexico SA de CV, a CM solutions firm that has provided it with sales, support, and training in Mexico and Central America since 2001.
Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based Stellent forked out a modest $750,000. The deal also includes contingent considerations based on revenue performance over the next two years.
