It features a Primary Rate ISDN line with an integral Channel Service Unit interface, an Ethernet local network interface and two Serial interfaces for use with leased lines, Frame Relay, or SW56. The DR 1/PRI routers can aggregate up to eight ISDN B channels to create 512Kbps bandwidth before compression to multiple sites concurrently. Or it can use each B channel independently to deliver 64Kbps bandwidth to up to 23 sites concurrently. It’s out now, at $5,000.
