Includes network and server monitoring, desktop management and help desk services
TechTeam Global, a provider of IT outsourcing and BPO services, has renewed its contract with American Community Mutual Insurance Company (American Community) to provide a range of IT infrastructure outsourcing services.
Under the renewed agreement, TechTeam will continue to provide American Community with network and server monitoring and management, desktop management, help desk services, and asset management.
In addition, the company will also implement CA’s Service Desk Manager toolset which supports key ITIL processes including incident, request, problem, change and configuration management.
American Community markets individual and small group health insurance through a network of 14,000 independent agents across multiple states.
