Danish telecommunications operator Tele Danmark AS stated on Friday it was not aware British Telecommunications Plc was planning to acquire a 51% stake in the company. Tele Danmark’s deputy director Kirsten Fjord said the company has had no contact with BT. BT declined to comment.
