Net income for the period rose 19% to DKK1.59bn ($232.3m), excluding the costs associated with an early retirement agreement reached with Belgacom employees. Including the severance payments, net incomefor the six months dropped 20% to DKK1.07bn ($156.3m), or DKK$8.15 per share.
