Microsoft Corp is now under anti-trust investigation in the state of Texas – apparently over its market-winning tactics for Internet Explorer. It has been asked to provide documents for a new Texas probe of the Internet market. Texas officials are investigating the possibility of monopolization and other conduct in restraint of trade in the market for Internet software in violation of state antitrust laws, assistant attorney general Mark Tobey told the company.
