Tibco Software Inc said it has acquired Velosel Corp, to add master data management software to its line of supply chain products. The company is targeting consumer goods manufacturers, distributors and retailers with the software.
Velosel’s software helps companies manage master product information more efficiently and make supply chain processes more efficient through automation.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
