Tricord Systems Inc has opened its first European office, here in the UK: the new Tricord Systems Europe Plc will serve as the sales, promotion and technical support centre for the UK; the PowerFrame server company already has units in Japan and Canada, and a support centre in Norway; it plans to open offices in France and Germany in the first half of this year, to be followed by manufacturing facilities in the second half of the year, it says.
