The European director of uninterruptible power supply manufacturer Tripplite has visited Moscow to recruit distributors and dealers in the former Soviet Union; Argussoft is acting as the informal representative of the firm in Russia and it says the firm wants to hire a total of three distributors which will each manage dealer networks: Tripplite will compete with American Power Conversion Inc which has been established in Russia for two years and has seven distributors; Argussoft says prices charged by the two are very similar.
