One month later than expected (CI No 748), Hewlett-Packard Co moved its Vectra personal computer line into the 80386 world with 20MHz and 16MHz models last night. Details were still sketchy, but the 386-based Vectra RS-20 and RS-16 were accompanied by the NEC V30-based desk-top CS PC at $1,190, and the 80286-based ES and ES-12. The 386 models are expected to run the HP-UX Unix version as well as MS-DOS.
