Unisys Corp is to pay $18m to settle all remaining shareholder lawsuits arising out of the US Government’s Ill Wind investigation, the company’s disclosures of financial results for 1989 and 1990 and the suspension of dividends: it may also pay class action shareholders an additional of $5m based on future Unisys earnings targets to 1994 and other contingency factors.
