Unisys Corp continues to inch its way back to fiscal probity, and the company has now declared a dividend of $1.40625 per share on its Series A cumulative preferred stock, where dividends had been suspended to conserve cash. The declared dividend is 1.5 times the stated quarterly dividend per share and will be applied to reduce the accumulated arrears on the dividend. The payment will be made on January 15, after which dividends on the Series A stock will be $4.69 per share in arrears. The board also declared a pro rata dividend on the Series B and C cumulative preferred stock.
