Comptronix Corp has now fired William Hebding, its former chairman and chief executive, and says Allen Shifflet, former president and chief operating officer, and Paul Medlin, former treasurer and controller, who remain suspended, were co-operating with its investigation: it adds that it appears that for at least three years it was subject to fraudulent accounting practices, including falsely inflated inventories and fake sales and accounts receivable figures.
