VeriSign Inc has announced that it would shell out $52m for telecom consultancy inCode Wireless to round out its offerings in the wireless market.
inCode offers consulting and integration services to wireless carriers, wireless equipment makers, cable operators and enterprises. Its wireless customers include Cingular, Verizon, Motorola and Nokia, as well as many other large carriers and manufacturers. On the enterprise side, inCode does business for the likes of Microsoft, Toyota and several other big names.
