ConnectWise, a provider of business management offerings designed for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs, said that VirtualTone has completed integration with ConnectWise.
VTone Sidebar, a VirtualTone’s new feature, provides integration of VirtualTone’s inbound and outbound IP calling capabilities with ConnectWise’s Business Automation Software for productivity and efficiency of ConnectWise partners.
The VTone Sidebar satisfies a ConnectWise partner integration request – inbound call recognition with ConnectWise, and it also searches a partner’s company database, then retrieves and displays user information in the ConnectWise Company Screen directly on the sales or technical agent’s computer.
Capanle of handling inbound and outbound calls without any special drivers, VTone SideBar runs on Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems, the company said.
VirtualTone’s VoIP business phone system and service is designed with cloud computing technology and is accessible from any broadband Internet connection.
The key features offered with VTone Sidebar are a live call display panel, call detail reporting, call centre queue monitoring, call recording, voicemail, DND status and a full host of statistics and controls.
ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini said the VTone Sidebar, a communication offering for ConnectWise, will make it possible for any of their partners to take advantage of inbound call integration into our PSA software for improved productivity of their CRM systems.
