Xerox Corp announced Xerox FormBase as a fully integrated desktop program designed to lower the cost of processing forms. It runs on MS-DOS micros and includes Bitstream Fontware and run-time Microsoft Windows, at $500. Volume ships of the product, developed by Columbia Software Inc and sold exclusively by Xerox, are set for next quarter.
