Glenview, Illinois-based Zenith Electronics Corp has reached a multimillion-dollar licensing agreement with Soundesign Corp, under which the SDI Technologies Inc unit will develop, manufacture and market audio products carrying the Zenith brand name: the planned retail line will include telephone products, stereo systems, portable radios and personal audio products.
