Manage the mission-critical job of aggregating, rating, and billing
Andorra Telecom, a provider of integrated products and services including fixed and mobile telephony, high speed Internet and IP television, has selected Convergys, a provider of relationship management, to evolve its billing platform.
Recently, Convergys has been awarded a six-year professional services contract by Andorra Telecom to support, maintain, and evolve the current platform and its interfaces with other systems according to critical business and regulatory requirements.
Andorra has adopted Convergys Rating and Billing Manager to manage the mission-critical job of aggregating, rating, and billing these advanced services for its customers.
Andorra Telecom Development Manager Josep Missé said they have a productive and mutually-beneficial, six-year history with Convergys and its Rating and Billing Manager through a period of growth, expansion, and technical innovation in our industry.
Convergys Information Management president Bob Lento said their team will support and maintain the Rating and Billing Manager installation and work closely with Andorra Telecom to help ensure that the billing platform meets the company’s needs and works seamlessly with other key business components.
