Corel, a provider of digital media software, has selected Art Technology Group’s commerce suite to support its global network of e-commerce sites.
The Art Technology Group (ATG) commerce suite is an e-commerce platform that is expected to drive every phase of a personalized online shopping experience.
Additionally, Corel is expected to implement ATG commerce service center, a contact center application integrating e-commerce functionality with back-end order administration, sales support and customer care features, said ATG.
