Automates a series of complex operational tasks to reduce network downtime
A division of the telecommunications company China Mobile, Liaoning Mobile has selected HP offerings and services to manage its network operations in order to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience.
Under the deal, Liaoning Mobile is deploying HP TeMIP and the HP Service Quality Management (SQM) offering to assure high-quality service to its customers.
In addition, Liaoning Mobile also is using HP Solutions Management Services (SMS) for ongoing support, operational management and architectural consulting to model future enhancements.
HP TeMIP enables Liaoning Mobile to automate a series of complex operational tasks to reduce network downtime, improve service quality and enable resolution of network issues before customers are affected.
HP SQM will offer Liaoning Mobile real-time visibility on service quality, including the ability to monitor actual service levels across both network and IT service delivery resources.
With the new offerings, Liaoning Mobile will be able to identify and resolve problems quickly, helping ensure that all customers receive consistent service quality and a positive experience, said HP.
With its Total Solutions Support offering, HP Solutions Management Services provides Liaoning Mobile with a single point of accountability for problems, from initial discovery to final resolution, across all components of its new implementation.
HP Enterprise Services Communications and Media Solutions vice-president and general manager David Sliter said to win and retain customer loyalty, communications service providers must be able to consistently deliver a rich, rewarding customer experience.
