Logia Group, a provider of mobile internet services, has launched 8hands Mobile, a social networking application for mobile devices.
According to the company, 8hands Mobile is a social network aggregation client that resides on mobile and is connected to social network accounts like Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr and Twitter. This offers real time notifications from all networks from a single entry point on mobile device, real time content from blogs and feeds and phonebook integration.
Ofer Luft, head of innovation division and 8hands at Logia, said: We believe that by bringing 8hands to mobile, we are truly revolutionizing the way people will interact with each other. Not to mention, help increase the number of wireless subscribers that will access social networks via mobile devices. No longer is being tethered to a PC a requirement to participate in your online community. Now your favorite social networks are just as far away as your mobile device!
