News: TIBCO has provided a range of BPM solutions to Carphone over the past decade.
UK based telecommunications retailer and services company Dixons Carphone has selected TIBCO Software to revamp its service-centric IT.
Dixons Carphone was formed in 7 August 2014 when electrical goods maker Dixons Retail merged with mobile phone provider Carphone Warehouse Group.
TIBCO products will be integrated into a range of legacy technologies and various cloud applications of Dixons Carphone.
TIBCO solutions will be used in the existing Carphone Warehouse services, with TIBCO’s Fast Data platform expected to facilitate multiple systems and applications to communicate with each other and share real-time information.
By using TIBCO solutions, Dixons Carphone will be able to enhance agility, cut down duplication, and improve the quality of online shopping.
It will also be able to better align the company’s web presence with the physical store environments.
The integration is expected to address the issues related to Dixons Carphone’s retail offering and technical architecture, and will help the company to provide a seamless shopping experience.
