Combined offering enhances catalogue information with linguistic and merchandising capabilities
EasyAsk, a provider of e-commerce search and merchandising software, has integrated its EasyAsk eCommerce offering with the NetSuite cloud computing platform.
EasyAsk eCommerce features natural-language search with navigation and merchandising capabilities. Built using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud development platform, the combined offering can boost revenue opportunities for NetSuite customers by increasing conversion rates and strengthening customer relationships, the company claims.
NetSuite’s SuiteCloud offering includes its multi-tenant, SaaS infrastructure and business suite of applications accounting/ERP, CRM and eCommerce.
According to EasyAsk, its eCommerce offering features site-level product search and navigation functions that adapt to search results and a Commerce Studio that allows marketers to control merchandising and promotions without a dependency on IT support. The Studio gives merchandisers the ability to optimise product searches based upon a variety of parameters; automatically adjust site navigation in real-time based upon search results; trigger graphical rollover displays; and test new promotional strategies.
The integrated offering EasyAsk eCommerce for NetSuite integrates directly with NetSuite catalogue information, and then enhances the catalogue information with its linguistic and merchandising capabilities. This gives merchants search capabilities and better control over the user experience, EasyAsk said.
Craig Bassin, CEO of EasyAsk, said: EasyAsk eCommerce improves the quality, speed and efficiency of search and navigation, and has delivered high sales conversion rates in the industry, as measured by Nielsen NetRatings. EasyAsk eCommerce for NetSuite has the potential to dramatically increase the sales of every NetSuite Ecommerce customer.
