eGistics, a provider of hosted document management solutions, has won three multi-year services contracts with customers, include a financial services organization and a not-for-profit health plans provider, and a business process and IT services provider.
According to the company, these customers have chosen eGistics to deliver a hosted platform for managing, storing and accessing mission-critical content across multiple systems and business processes. The eGistics solution will help all of these customers increase operational efficiency, reduce cost, and respond to changing business needs and market conditions.
In the case of the financial services company, eGistics’s hosted archive will support multiple payment applications, including retail and wholesale lockbox processing, wire transfers, automated clearing house, and healthcare payments, as well as miscellaneous content, said eGistics.
eGistics is providing the not-for-profit health plan with a tool for automating the distribution of contract information. By migrating from a labor-intensive paper-based process to the eGistics image-enabled output solution, the health plan will reduce costs and enhance service, added eGistics.
Ed Pearce, executive vice president of sales and corporate development at eGistics, said: These wins illustrate how organizations across multiple industries are recognizing the strong value that a hosted document management solution can provide by eliminating the need for upfront capital expense, and establishing a layer of infrastructure connecting systems and processes.
