InfoVista, a service performance assurance provider, said that it will highlight its new Unified Communications Assurance Solution at Cisco Live in London.
The InfoVista solution extends performance management support for Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) and unified communications as a service (UCaaS), providing a set of capabilities for monitoring across cloud infrastructure, services and applications.
InfoVista’s UC&C tool offers unified and cross-silo performance management for the expanding multi-tenant UC&C services environment delivered by Cisco HCS, the company said.
The InfoVista Communications Assurance Solution enables increased customer satisfaction and retention by providing a means to uphold SLA commitments and assure a quality user experience, the company claims.
It is expected to provide Increased operational efficiency via unified monitoring of the complex physical and virtual infrastructure and of UC&C application performance from an end-user perspective.
The new offering also enables understanding of service usage patterns in order to facilitate effective service growth, resource planning, and optimised CAPEX; and two-way service quality impact analysis between the UC&C infrastructure and end user.
