Microsoft has announced a Surface Enterprise Initiative, in partnership with OEMs including Dell and HP, to drive Windows 10 adoption into the enterprise.
Dell will be the first OEM to offer Surface Pro with enterprise-class service and support, and will add Surface Pro to its device lineup.
Microsoft is set to rollout Windows 10 enterprise capabilities this month, which has new security features that will make it easy for companies to deploy Surface devices more easily and securely throughout their enterprise.
According to Microsoft, its customers want to buy Surface from one partner, which is why the company teamed up with Dell.
Dell will start selling Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface accessories in the US and Canada starting this October, and the devices will be rolled out to the remaining 28 markets starting early 2016.
It also highlighted that customers buying Surface Pro devices through Dell will get the option of Dell Services, including Dell Hardware Warranty, ProSupport with Accidental Damage Service, and Configuration and Deployment Services.
Windows and Devices Group corporate vice president Yusuf Mehdi said: "This is the first in a series of partnerships to deliver even more value to our customers by bringing together amazing Windows 10 devices, industry specific apps and solutions, and unmatched sales, services and support.

"Our global enterprise customers have asked us to match the Surface Pro 3 and Windows 10 experience with enterprise-grade support and services – and our partnerships like this one with Dell will do just that."
