Adds enhanced data import, customisable views, simplified pricing and free mobile access features
Microsoft has launched a service update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, which offers new features including free mobile access, enhanced data import, customisable views and simplified pricing.
The company is also offering six months of free service for customers that switch from Salesforce.com and Oracle CRM On Demand products can get Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
According to Microsoft, the service update allows customers to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service through a microsoft outlook interface, via a web browser or from a mobile device; a unified view of customer information, and a new get started pane delivering guidance, training and access to communities, and Microsoft knowledge based articles.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online provides a new home page dashboard which provides real time views into key metrics and has simplified and reduced its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online pricing for customers, the company said.

The service update is expected to be available by November 15, 2009 to all Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers.
