Newsletters can be customised differently for email, web, and mobile delivery
Shelf Awareness, an online B2B publisher in the book trade sector, has re-launched its website using Web content management system developed by Xtenit – a provider of web, email, and ad management services in the cloud.
Xtenit provides a services platform for publishers that combines Web content management, email publishing and ad serving.
Shelf Awareness publishes several e-mail newsletters, and wanted their new website to keep subscriber experiences centered around the newsletters, while managing the articles that compose the newsletters separately for tracking, reporting, and search optimisation purposes.
Xtenit said that its new product was able to recognise each newsletter as a collection of content items and customise it differently for email, web, and mobile delivery.
Shelf Awareness publisher and co-founder Jenn Risko said they needed a content management offering that would fit their publishing model and advertising requirements and the Xtenit product delivered what they needed and made it effortless for them to go from design concept to implementation.
