Zeus Technology, a provider of software-based application traffic management, has introduced Elastic Application Delivery (ZEAD) platform that enables organisations to deliver fast, secure and available applications across any combination of physical, virtual and cloud infrastructures.
The new offering allows IT professionals to increase the speed of their online applications from a cloud environment with tools for hybrid cloud application delivery, cloud bursting and balancing.
The company said that the ZEAD platform includes three components, which include traffic manager, an application delivery controller updated with two new modules, and auto-scaling and real-time analytics.
The multi-site manager component provides management control of configurations and policies for geographically distributed clusters of Traffic Managers from a single point to manage sites across multiple datacentres in different geographic locations.
In addition, its load balancer component enables the creation of granular traffic management policies to make quick updates to websites according to the changing needs of the business.
