To provide free identity theft services
Costin-Hubert Insurance has announced that home-owner and farm-owner policyholders will receive free identity theft services, and business owner and commercial package customers will receive free data breach services, through a partnership with Identity Theft 911, a provider of identity theft resolution and fraud education services.
According to Identity Theft 911, policyholders will receive proactive and reactive services from the company, which include placing fraud alerts, completing fraud affidavits and interfacing with police departments, creditors, collection agencies and credit rating bureaus.
Identity Theft 911 said that business customers will now have a resource to assist them with any breaches of information through assistance with assessing the breach severity, advice on regulatory and consumer notification letters, help creating notification letters and assistance with a media response plan.
