Agreements with SPs and SIs to integrate two-factor authentication into their offering
CRYPTOCard’s SaaS authentication service CRYPTO-MAS has turned two factor authentication into a commodity offering.
The company has done this by making it easy for Service Providers (SPs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) to provide authentication to its customers using CRYPTO-MAS cloud-based authentication.
With this move, SPs or SIs can secure digital identities of their customers without having to invest in installing servers and daily management of the service.
CRYPTOCard CEO Neil Hollister said there is a strong need for hosted two-factor authentication.
"At less than the cost of a cup of coffee per-month per-user, the purchase price is so low its makes authentication a commodity and the purchase decision a no brainer," Hollister said.
CIOs and industry experts have expressed concerns about the need to adopt two-factor authentication as a standard means for authenticating digital identities across the cloud.
CRYPTOCard has entered agreements with many SPs and SIs to integrate its CRYPTO-MAS two-factor authentication into their offering to customers.
"The ability to integrate two-factor authentication into an overall networking solution makes CRYPTO-MAS easy for SPs and SIs to offer it and end-users to adopt it," Hollister said.
