The platform offer defense system against the advanced targeted cyber attacks.
US-based cyber security services provider FireEye has introduced Oculus a real time platform that offers continuous protection from threats.
The platform is claimed to combine people, products, and intelligence in order to offer better defence system against advanced targeted cyber attacks.
FireEye CEO David DeWalt said that with Oculus, the company has re-imagined security to help organisations combat and defeat the menace of cybercrime and espionage.
"Oculus gives organisations large and small a global, real time, continuous protection platform to help protect brand, intellectual property, and data," DeWalt said.
According to the company, Oculus combines virtual machine technology, big data analysis, with worldwide support and service infrastructure.
Components of the Oculus include Threat Prevention Platform, Dynamic Threat Intelligence (DTI) and Support and Services.
The Threat Prevention Platform features multi-vector virtual execution (MVX) engine that conducts signature-less analysis for security, while the DTI leverages Big Data analysis and the APT Discovery Centre to offer protection.
