Nice Systems, a provider of services for the enterprise and security markets, has reported a GAAP net income of $10.9 million, or $0.18 per fully diluted share, for the third quarter of 2008, compared to net income of $9.2 million, or $0.17 per fully diluted share, for the third quarter of 2007.
On a GAAP basis, third quarter 2008 revenue was $162.5 million, compared to revenue of $131.7 million in the third quarter of 2007. The company has reported an operating income of $16.1 million for the third quarter of 2008, compared to $8.4 million for the same period in 2007.
Third quarter 2008 non-GAAP net income increased 27% reaching $26.7 million, compared to $21.0 million in the third quarter of 2007. Non-GAAP earnings per fully diluted share were $0.43, up from $0.38 in the third quarter of 2007.
Third quarter 2008 non-GAAP revenue reached a record of $163 million, representing a 23% increase from $132.9 million in the third quarter of 2007.
