Kenya Wildlife Service has deployed Radwin’s Multiple point-to-point systems to connect its headquarters in Nairobi to eight national parks. UUNET Kenya, a systems integrator in Kenya, was in charge of project deployment.
Radwin is an Israel-based provider of wireless broadband solutions.
Hanoch Maskalchi, director of sales for Africa at Radwin, said: Through our partnership with UUNET we were able to meet KWS’ needs for a reliable, cost-effective network. This is an exciting project and our Multiple-Point-to-Point systems are uniquely tailored to meet the requirements of customers who need to interconnect multiple sites with high-speed broadband.
