Adds number of Private IP nodes in key markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific
Verizon Business has further enhanced its global Private IP nodes footprint to support the evolving data needs of its global customer base.
Based on MPLS technology, Verizon Private IP is a network-based, virtual private network (VPN) that is expected to offer customers secure, scalable and flexible network connections with traffic-management capabilities.
The company has added a number of Private IP nodes in key markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, and has also enhanced ethernet access capabilities in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
According to the company, new Private IP nodes have now been established in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Capetown, Casablanca, Dubai, Istanbul, Reykjavik and St Petersburg), and Asia-Pacific (Bangalore, Bangkok, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jakarta, Karachi, Lahore, Mumbai and Taipei). New partnerships have been set up to extend in country coverage in China, Japan, Poland and Saudi Arabia.
