To streamline business processes and improve productivity
Acando, a consulting company, has selected Microsoft SharePoint for the Norwegian Association of Authorised Accountants (NARF), as a document management tool to support the organisation’s quality control of member agencies.
Microsoft SharePoint enables organisations and businesses of all sizes to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
In addition, the offering gives access to the documents and information to users. The collaboration enviroment can be accessed through a Web-based interface and common tools, including Microsoft Office.
NARF IT operations and development head Iram Riaz said they wanted a system that could streamline the process of quality control of the member agencies. To achieve this they have chosen to replace communication via e-mail, with a document management offering that protects and stores documents during the quality control.
"It is also important for us that the system is easy to use and at the same time maintains the security in the process," Riaz said.
