AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, has implemented NetTracer, a web-based baggage tracing and claims management system developed by The Owens Group International, an Atlanta-based company.
NetTracer provides a search engine to improve baggage tracing and claims processing for both passengers and airline employees.
