AsiaInfo Holdings, a provider of telecom software solutions, has launched a new mobile e-commerce solution, and won a contract from China Mobile for a bonus point management platform.
China Mobile’s bonus point return program is a service offered to the carrier’s Gotone and M-zone users to foster customer loyalty.
The bonus point management platform will interface with China Mobile’s Business Operation Support System to collect bonus point information and realize logistic and supplier management functionalities. It allows users to redeem bonus points for China Mobile partners’ merchandise or services through an e-commerce portal. AsiaInfo claims to be the first company in China to offer such a service.
