3n, provider of mass notification solutions, has announced that CGI Group, a provider of information technology and business process services, will enhance its emergency notification capabilities by deploying its InstaCom system to automate emergency communications with its business units across the US.
The 3n system will provide CGI with an efficient and reliable method for communicating with on-site employees as well as its geographically dispersed remote workforce. CGI identified several key criteria during its evaluation process, including a user-friendly application interface, intuitive system administration, efficient message delivery, and real-time reporting tools.
