Cistera Networks, a provider of enterprise application platforms and engines for IP communications, has announced the strengthening of its enterprise sales channel by joining Cisco’s Industry Solutions Partner Network.
Cistera is now an authorized Cisco Industry Solutions Partner Network (ISPN) partner for vertical markets including government, education, healthcare, finance and retail. The company believes that this will create significant new sales opportunities because Cisco partners now have new incentives to sell Cistera application services that leverage Cisco’s intelligent networking infrastructure.
The Cisco ISPN engages, enables and rewards a global community of channel partners, application providers and device manufacturers to jointly deliver industry-specific solutions that address the business needs of customers.
To further enhance its channel program, Cistera has named Darlene Smith as global channel programs manger to focus on the Cisco ISPN, and other programs designed to increase partner revenue contribution and profitability.
