Drinks Americas Holdings, a US developer and marketer of beverages associated with celebrities, has reached an agreement with two Hollywood film producers for the cross-marketing of Drinks Americas’ beverages in movie and television productions.
Drinks Americas said that Twisted Pictures, an affiliate of Evolution Entertainment, has agreed to a marketing arrangement whereby the company’s drinks, such as Trump vodka and Willie Nelson’s whiskey, will be placed in its current and future movie and television productions.
Mark Burg and Oren Koules, co-presidents of Twisted Pictures and Evolution Entertainment, said: In movie and television production, product promotions are the future of the film business. With rising costs, this is a great way for a brand to get exposure and hopefully enhance our films.
Patrick Kenny, CEO of Drinks Americas, said: We all know that marketing is part show business, and Drinks Americas could not be happier that our icon-related brands will be moving into the spotlight of popular movies and television shows.
