Online auction company, eBay, has announced that it is to begin offering health insurance to its top performing sellers. eBay is to begin offering health insurance in October. Only users registered with the company’s Power Seller programme will be eligible to apply for health insurance.
The move is being welcomed by the rising number of people who earn a living trading on eBay’s website. eBay estimates that more than 40,000 people make between $2,000 and $25,000 per month trading with other sellers on eBay.
