IXI Mobile, a provider of voice and data mobile messaging devices and services, has announced that FarEasTone, a wireless service provider, will launch Ogo in the Taiwanese market.
The Ogo family of devices delivers popular applications, including
email, instant messaging, SMS, RSS, voice and web browsing on optimized handheld devices.
Jan Nillson, president of FarEasTone, said: Young people in Taiwan are passionate users of Windows Live Messenger. We saw an opportunity to provide them the ability to take their buddy list with them wherever they go as a mobile data service.
