Aldata Solution, a provider of software applications for the retail industry, has announced that Fozzy Group, a grocery wholesale and retail operator in Ukraine, has completed its deployment of Aldata GOLD Central and Stock modules.
According to Aldata Solution, Fozzy is expected to roll out the Aldata GOLD shop module in Silpo, a supermarket chain, to manage store operations, automate replenishment, reduce out-of-stocks and improve customer satisfaction. Fozzy expects to have GOLD shop deployed in all 170 Silpo stores within the next two years.
Dominique Chambas, senior vice president of Aldata Solution, said: Aldata provides Fozzy with a central, scalable foundation that integrates operations that were previously managed in multiple systems. By unifying operations and creating a single view into the entire supply chain, Fozzy can continue to dominate the Ukrainian market by providing first-rate customer service and a wide assortment of items through better stock and inventory control and enhanced warehouse operations.
Ury Gorgo, CIO of Fozzy, Said:With Aldata G.O.L.D in place, we’ve gained real-time insight across our entire supply chain, and as a result, we have significantly improved operations from our headquarters to the warehouse and now it’s time to extend those efficiencies to our stores. In the past year, we’ve increased productivity in the warehouse, reduced out-of-stocks, and improved stock management and ordering. This has helped us to achieve our primary goal – providing excellent customer service.
