Italian 3G license holder H3G has signed a content contract with Vitaminic, the digital music solution provider. The contract aims to bring services and musical content to customers through their 3G handsets.
The deal is for Vitaminic to create, plan and develop an M-site for 3, the brand name of H3G. Vitaminic will do this by using its own content and technology. The M-site will offer a vast range of music and cover many styles from dance to classical, all of which will be from Vitaminic’s digital catalogue.
Mobile music services could become a killer application for the uptake of next generation services. The M-site service will also offer information about concerts, artists and future record releases in addition to digital music.
