InterImage has been awarded a task order from the US Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to provide software development technical support services.
This five-year task order has a $40 million ceiling and will see InterImage provide software development services to meet the mission requirements and strategic objectives of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives’ (ATF) information services division (ISD).
The ATF ISD is responsible for the acquisition, development, customization, deployment and maintenance of all ATF information systems software. Customers include ATF headquarters, field offices, ATF national laboratories, regional crime gun centers, the National Tracing Center, law enforcement offices, and industry partners from the alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives industries.
Under the terms of the task order agreement, InterImage will apply its expertise in service-oriented architectures, web services, XML, and portal technologies to support ISD software applications.
