Alliance to use ETSC as part of its own support from LMS software
LMC Software Solutions, a provider of enterprise software support offerings, has entered into a strategic partnership with Alliance Global Services, a provider of software offerings.
As per the agreement, Alliance will utilise LMC’s Enterprise Technical Support Center (ETSC) as part of its own internal support operations, where it will offer the ETSC offering as a value-added component to its users.
ETSC is a centralised, web-based set of support tools that enable support teams to maximise the operational availability and streamline the management of business enterprise applications.
LMC founder and CEO Fran Connolly said this partnership provides the opportunity to prove out LMC’s position that improving the quality of system performance ultimately drives significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.
Alliance Global Services president and CEO John Castleman said they have been watching LMC carefully and have been repeatedly impressed by their technology and approach to life cycle management for highly sophisticated products.
"We anticipate seeing improved consistency in our internal operations, which will translate to cost savings, and expect that our clients will find value in incorporating the tools in house as well," Castleman said.
