Medical Strategic Planning, a market intelligence firm, has announced an agreement to offer Medical Group Management Association members a discounted subscription to its web-based EHR Selector.
The EHR Selector will provide an impartial, interactive resource that assists physicians, Electronic Health Records (EHR) consultants, hospital CIOs and group practice administrators to match their specialty, budget and EHR requirements in real-time against a web-database of EHR solutions offered by 33 premiere EHR developers.
The Medical Strategic Planning (MSP) EHR Selector will allow practice managers to find relevant EHR solutions that meet their stakeholder needs. The real-time, interaction nature of the MSP EHR Selector will allow the practice administrator to quickly run multiple selection scenarios that take into account future situations, such as adding a new office, increasing staffing or incorporating a new practice specialty.
Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) members will receive discounted subscriptions to the MSP EHR Selector by browsing the company’s website, clicking on the Physician and User Subscription button and entering their personal data and MGMA member ID on the user subscription screen. MGMA member IDs are then immediately verified as part of the subscription process.
Arthur Gasch, CEO and founder of MSP, said: MGMA now joins the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, American College of Physicians, the American Health Quality Association and the American Gastroenterology Association users with this powerful tool to select the right EHR solution at the right price that will finally make practices more efficient and less paper-based.
