The new public API combines Product, Project and Requirements Management, Roadmapping, Issue and Defect Tracking, Social Media Monitoring & Engagement, Customer Feedback Collection & Control, Idea/Innovation Vetting & Scoring and Customer Service/Help Desk Management.
With the ability to integrate with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, OneDesk further expands its cloud-based co-creation & management suite’s collaborative power and flexibility.
