Checking email, managing social networks or surfing the net on tablets
Opera Software, a provider of Web browsing for PCs, mobile phones and other networked devices, will unveil the first public preview of Opera for tablet and netbook PCs at the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011.
The new Opera browser for tablets will enable users to check email, manage social networks or surf the Net with tablet and netbook experience.
Opera Software chief development officer Christen Krogh said Opera for tablets brings the Internet experience to tablets and netbook PCs as users have come to love on their mobile phones and desktops.
Opera said its cross-platform Web-browser technology is known for its performance, standards compliance and small size, while giving users a faster, safer and more dynamic online experience.
